ResumeRelay
by ApplyOptics
Built for gov contractors & high-volume hiring
Candidates upload any resume — two-column, tables, scanned, .docx or PDF. Relay reads it with a vision model, fills your application form, and flags anything uncertain for the candidate to confirm. Clean data lands in the ATS you already use.
Install — one line of code
<script src="https://cdn.relay.applyoptics.com/v1.js" data-site="YOUR_SITE_KEY"></script>Drop a single script tag on your existing careers page. No ATS migration, no form rebuild, no IT project — Relay overlays what you already have.
We transcribe the resume in memory and do not write the file to our database. The vision provider receives the file to read it and may retain API inputs. We do not score or rank candidates.
Low-confidence fields are highlighted for the candidate to confirm before submit — so the data in your ATS was verified by the person it belongs to.
Veteran resumes break every parser: MOS codes instead of job titles, rank instead of seniority, clearance acronyms, scanned PDFs from a base career center. Relay translates 25B → IT Specialist, maps rank to seniority, and captures clearance level and type — then asks the candidate to confirm the two fields it's least sure about. See it handle a veteran resume in the demo.
We're onboarding a small group of government contractors first. Leave your details and we'll reach out about a pilot on your careers page.
